1 General Terms & Applicability

By using the btk66 website (btk66.org), you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all btk66 services, games, promotions, and account activities. Any new services or features introduced in the future will also be governed by these terms.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Btk66 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. btk66 reserves the right to investigate and suspend any suspicious transactions in line with anti-money laundering policies.

Deposited funds are credited directly to your game balance. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Btk66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses (typically 20x–40x).

5 Gaming Policy and Fairness

All games on btk66 use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every game outcome is entirely random and no one — not even btk66 itself — can influence the result.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as network disconnection or server downtime), btk66 will investigate and provide a fair resolution. However, btk66 is not liable for issues caused by the player's internet connection.

Any violation of game rules, collusion, or other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings. Winnings obtained through software bugs or errors are void under all circumstances.

Btk66 maintains records of all player game history and transactions. In the event of a dispute, btk66's records shall be considered final and binding.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btk66 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other players.

7 Limitation of Liability

Btk66 strives to provide uninterrupted service on its platform; however, btk66 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Temporary service interruptions during essential maintenance.
• Losses resulting from natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from bugs or errors in third-party games or software.

Btk66's total liability shall in no event exceed the original value of the transaction in dispute. No compensation beyond what is permitted by applicable law shall apply.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Btk66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

If a balance exists prior to account closure and no breach of terms is established, btk66 will return the balance. btk66 reserves the right to hold funds while an investigation is ongoing.

A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts. Deductions will stop once the account balance reaches zero.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Btk66 believes gaming is for entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly. The following tools are always available to you:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
